Stephanie was fantastic! She worked with me renting multiple units and spaces. She was friendly, professional, and knew the facility features and options!

The personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The storage units appeared well maintained and in good shape, as well as clean. Unit access lanes are wide enough for 2 Uhaul-class trucks abreast with clearance and working room.

I recently moved my boat here for summer storage and found the site to be very clean, and secure. I am confident that my boat will be safe here. I was also impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff was, and how easy the process was from beginning to end. Top notch customer service!

We parked our RV at Berthoud Storage and had plenty of room to maneuver in and out. Alyssa offered a couple of different spots to choose from which was nice. So often you are assigned something and it is next to impossible to get into. I only wish water and dump stations were present.

We have stored things here for years and been very satisfied. The on site managers David and Alyssa are great. Helpful when needed but not intrusive. Seems that the new owners intend to continue things as they have been while making improvements where necessary. We have been very happy with the storage experience. When we have needed to add or delete some storage, all has gone smoothly every time.

had a half shipping container for a little under a year while i was finding somewhere a little more permanent to live. prices weren't bad for the amount of room that i had and the staff is super friendly/helpful. i was never worried about my belongings being stored there because of the gate that requires a code to enter and exit the property. if i am ever in need of a storage unit or somewhere to park a trailer i will definitely be back!!

Great office staff. Alyssa is helpful, responsive, and great to work with. Until recently, the price was unbeatable. Now I think it is average, but I haven't checked since the new owners took over because I was able to lock in my old rate by paying for a full year. I store a camper and a boat there. The large vehicle entrance is cumbersome with a pad lock and manual push gate, which I was happy to overlook at the old rental rate. I am staying with them though as they have plans to provide an automatic gate entrance that will work for large vehicles. I think they could beef up their surveillance and security a bit more too. The location is great for Berthoud and south Loveland residents.

The staff have been very accommodating and flexible. I look forward to all the planned improvements to the facility over the coming months.

I have been using this facility for about 4 years and I have to say that I couldn't ask for a better place or better service! I've had 2 units and stored my travel trailer and school bus here and I would recommend this place to anyone! The prices are good and Alyssa and her husband who manage here are the nicest people you could ever meet! It's safe, secure and there's never been any problems!

I have used countless numbers of storage facilities over the last 30 yrs. and this is the one I always return to. Alyssa makes the whole process easy and relaxing. No B.S. fees for locks or processing. Secure, peaceful and 24 hr access. I wouldn't recommend ANYWHERE ELSE. Wait till you see the gigantic sunflowers!!! Truly a class act in a small town atmosphere.

I have been a customer of this business for several years. I have used both a storage unit and RV storage here. My experience has been very positive. With our last storage place, there was never anyone on site and I didnt know who to contact with questions or issues. Here the service is much better. Alyssa and David have been fabulous to do business with. They are on-site, taking care of the property and their customers. They even go so far as to send out alternate contact information if they are out of town or unavailable in case of emergency. In this day and age that is rare to find that personal service. I trust my things there are safe.

Berthoud Lake Storage is fantastic! Very competitive pricing, great communication, super nice people to deal with. I currently have two storage spots with them and will go back again if I need any more.

B&J Storage is the best storage unit facility that I have ever rented a unit and a outside parking space from. David and Alyssa run a 'tight ship' and keep a watchful eye on the place. I live in Loveland but gladly drive to and from work through Berthoud to rent from B&J. They're not the cheapest but WELL worth the monthly difference. I don't deal with 'growers' or homeless people or shady tree mechanics. I wouldn't be there if David and Alyssa weren't managing the property. They don't allow homeless people to live in units with their actual management and they keep the property up daily with snow removal, maintenance, and 'boots on the ground' watchful eye attitude and presence. I always see Alyssa out on the property in her golf cart when I'm there at my unit. David always seems to be cleaning up or shoveling snow. From the cameras, the night lighting, the fenced and gated entrance, and them living on site, the place couldn't be more secure for 24 hour, 7 day a week access. To run a start up business, build a house, or park my weekend warrior trailer or RV. I will only use B&J storage.

I've been Stored here for years. Nobody is sweeter than Alisa to help you out with billing. Only problem I ever had was no Discover card availability for usage.

Talk about down to earth people... if ever I need storage I will drive out of my way to do business with them.
